LATINO COLLEGE EXPO
In 1990, two higher educational professionals, Antonio Aponte and Pedro Gonzalez, saw that too few Latino students in New York City were pursuing college as a serious option and decided to do something about it. They recognized the need to expose students to more options in higher education and help link them to colleges and universities eager to enroll them. The vehicle they chose was an annual college fair and the Latino College Expo was born.

Latino College Expo
Twenty five years ago when we first started the Latino College Expo, there was such a need for parents to become more involved in the college process. Today, we offer a variety of services to help support students, parent, guardians, colleges, guidance counselors to help match families to the best fit for them.
Many thanks for our volunteers, staff, sponsors and those who have donated over the years. Your support has made it all possible!
